Indictments & Impeachment against George W Bush 1. Lying to Congress, the U.N., and the American people to start a war. 2. Illegally invading a sovereign nation based on a pack of lies. 3. Murdered over 2200 and wondered 9000 young Americans. Slaughtered more than 30000 Iraqis. 4. Illegal Secret Prisons 5. Violation of the Geneva Conventions (broke international laws) 6. Lying about U.S. torturing people and then "redefining" torture to make it legal 7. Outing a CIA agent and obstructing the federal investigation of this crime. 8. Illegally spying on American citizens without a warrant. ( broke U.S. laws) 9. Failure to protecting life and damage from Katrina and Rita 10. Turning the U.S. into a laughing stock all over the world and trashing our reputation and credibility. Then there's our record breaking deficit, our trashed environmental laws, the GOP culture of Corruption that never seems to end, etc, etc, etc. I'd say we've had enough of this crap now. It's way past time to impeach and prosecute Bush and his entire administration

Bush Admitted to an Impeachable Offense Authorizing surveillance without a court order is a crime.
The Federal Communications Act criminalizes surveillance without a warrant. It is an impeachable offense.
Bush's handlers must be shaking in their boots and regretting they turned him loose on this latest PR blitz.
That's what you get when you unleash a dummy.

Bush COULD have gotten warrants from the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) court -- if this was legit. They're easy to get, and many thousands have been issued over the years. Instead he tried to "show his power" -- power the Constitution does not give him -- by violating the law, or he tried to spy on people for whom the (incredibly lenient) FISA judges refused to give him warrants. In either case he committed a FELONY punishable by up to 5 years in federal prison. caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/casecode/uscodes/50/chapters/36/subchapters/i/sect ions/section_1809.html Can we IMPEACH and CONVICT now? Or do we have to wait until he renounces the Constitution? Oh, wait, he just did that, too, calling it "a goddamned piece of paper": www.capitolhillblue.com/artman/publish/article_7779.shtmlSounds like a direct violation of his oath of office to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC...." Time to defend it from Bush. IMPEACH and CONVICT now! DEMAND it from your representative and senators: www.house.govwww.senate.gov

REPUBLICANS HATE WORKING AMERICANS That is now crystal clear. Republicans have legislated virtually NOTHING for average Americans or retired Americans. They have done nothing but take away and hand to big corporations who, in turn, outsourced most decent jobs, conducted massive layoffs for the past 5 years and enjoy windfall profits on the backs of the working class. Remember that in 06. Republicans are not your friends.

Breaking It Down: 1. There's this law (FISA).
2. The law sets forth provisions for "domestic spying."
3. The law's clear, and carries criminal penalties.
4. If Bush didn't like the law, tough -- he could've asked Congress to change it, but he didn't.
5 Bush authorized breaking that law and admits it.
6. Bush should be impeached by the House, tried and convicted by the Senate, then jailed for the multiple crimes to which he has already confessed.
