August 27, 2006 - SEAFORD, Del. - August 18, 2006 - Authorities say an off-duty Georgetown police detective didn't get special treatment after a traffic accident that killed a jogger. Twenty-five-year-old Officer Bradley Cordrey was driving an S-U-V Sunday afternoon in Seaford that went off the road and hit 42-year-old Sarah Dykstra. She died Monday at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. State police say they didn't test Cordrey's blood alcohol level because there wasn't probable cause. They say that's standard procedure if they don't suspect drinking. The crash remains under investigation. abclocal.go.com/wpvi/story?section=local&id=4473834
