06.03.2006 - An Indiana police officer, who resigned last month, now faces 12 felony counts of child exploitation.
Authorities say Richard K. Goodwin, downloaded sexually explicit photos of teenage girls on his home computer, copied the material on compact discs and sent videotaped pornographic images to others he met online.
The former Sellersburg police officer and Clark County sheriff's deputy was arrested Friday. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in Clark Circuit Court on Monday.
Goodwin resigned from the police department May 9, after being suspended without pay.
