The Riverside County Sheriff's deputy accused of driving drunk and crashing into car in Rancho Mirage three months ago was in court this morning for his arraignment. Deputy Richard Kamstra pleaded "not guilty" to two felony counts of "driving under the influence." His preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 24th. If convicted, he could face up to six years behind bars. Also in court, the crash victim, Eugene Fasciana. He says he wants to see justice served. He's still recovering from the injuries he got in the accident. "There's two open wounds that have to heal. It's going to take another four to six weeks and have another operation to take the pins out. I don't know how long that's going to keep me down." Kamstra asked the judge for permission not to appear in court during the preliminary hearing. The judge granted that request. www.kesq.com/Global/story.asp?S=5842633&nav=9qrxGPin
