12.28.2006 - OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma City police officer has been placed on paid leave after his arrest on a complaint of drunken driving. Thirty-six-year-old Renaldo Antonio Sanchez of Oklahoma City was off duty when he was taken into custody early yesterday in far northwest Oklahoma City. Sanchez was sitting in the driver's side of a car that was blocking portions of Council Road when officers responding to a domestic disturbance call arrived. A police report says Sanchez drove into the parking lot of Prairie Springs Apartments, stopped the car and got out. The report accuses him of smelling of alcohol, slurred speech and being unsteady on his feet. Police say he refused to submit to an alcohol test. Sanchez was booked into the Oklahoma County jail. www.kswo.com/Global/story.asp?S=5854244
