Officer Joseph Muszer 02/24/2006 - Formal charges were filed Thursday against a veteran South Bend Police officer accused of drunk driving. Corporal Joseph Muszer was taken into police custody on Monday at the intersection of Miami and Ireland. Off duty at the time, Muszer had requested a tow for his broken down squad car. The officer who was sent to the scene suspected Muszer had been drinking and took him to the St. Joseph County Jail for a breath test. He blew a 0.17, which is over the legal limit of 0.08. Muszer has been charged with two DUI misdemeanors.

The officer must have been drunk to agree to a Breathalyzer. Cops aren't usually that stupid to agree to a Breathalyzer.
Then again maybe officer Muszer just like to blow things?
