11.30.2006 -HOUSTON - A police officer accused of taking a sexual favor from a woman he pulled over is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
The woman claims Officer William Archer ran a name check and discovered outstanding traffic warrants against her. He allegedly said he wouldn't arrest her if she performed a sexual act, which she did.
The woman then reportedly took DNA evidence to Officer Archer's superiors. If convicted, Officer Archer faces a maximum two years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
