Does anyone know of a place I can have audio tapes sent to see if they have been tampered with? I have in my posession two tapes of conversations I had with a cop and they are not what i said on the tape. Also there are blank spots on two 911 calls I made. Anybody knows please post it.

Try a local technical college. Don't know how much it would cost, though. You'd also have to hire the same expert to appear in court as an expert witness. If you're lucky you may find someone who will do it for less than $25 an hour.
If this is because of a pending criminal case, I'd suggest you let your attourney handle it. If you aren't satisfied with him, fire him.
