Hi all. I live in this backwards town of Lincoln City, Oregon. The police out here must be in on the fraud and drug abuse that makes our beach town the worse for crime per capita in all of the state of Oregon. Also out here the folks are very prejudice and blatantly so.
I have had to file various lawsuits against people, companies out here and I'd hope things were coming to a head, but the police dept., namely Randy Weaver, Ex-Chief Dougherty and Sean Bishop have changed my once positive outlook on things.
These cops commit fraud, falsifying police reports, laughing at you when they call your home to gloat about having issued you a citation in error, then having to take it back later. I was even a victim of forgery in July by a landscaper of whom I'd paid checks to every month to mow my lawn, but suddenly not only does he jack up the price, doubling it, but he sends me a forged signature as if I signed his fraudulent inflation contract. Well, I was hesitant but I was advised to turn the matter over to police. Of course they never got back to me and refused to -- to this day.
Last week I called the new Chief, Steven Bechard. He told me point blank that as long as I didn't call 9-1-1 for a life-threatening emergency that no police were going to even talk to me about any others crimes that were committed against me. Believe me, there is a great deal of blatant bigotry and fraud out here, but I truly feel that the cops may be in on both. I just don't want to think these crummy louses in uniforms could be so evil, but I do remember other incidents I have witnesses or been a part of in my life relating to evil cops.
Right now I am forced to file a federal lawsuit against them. I am tired of filing lawsuits, but when you're single and petite, and intelligent, they don't like this. I am in fear that something much more horrific is going to happen now because the Chief told me what he did last week. I have kept copious notes of everything but they still continue to lie, to cheat, and to not take action even when a serious criminal offense of forgery or hate crimes have taken place.
I filed an insurance claim to their insurance holder, but today received a notice that "my claims were unsubstantiated". Wow, even with the written proof and other concrete evidence submitted right to their faces. These folks are all White. I am African American. I just don't get it that time and time again, these folks mess up, but then continue to mess up even worse.
If you know of a specific police misconduct attorney in Oregon, one who has an agressive nature, a big heart, but takes no mess off the evils, hit me back, and thanx for your time.
