If you have specific questions, ask them. I'll be more than happy to answer them as best I can. But if I consider a post a personal attack, then I will ignore it completely.

Have you ever not told the truth to a citizen/suspect, while on duty as a police officer? Have you ever said one or more of the following? * "You will have to stay here and answer my questions" or "You're not leaving until I find out what I want." * "I have evidence on you. Tell me what I want to know or else." (They can fabricate ''fake'' evidence to convince you to tell them what they want to know.) * "You're not a suspect. Were simply investigating here. Just help us understand what happened and then you can go." * "If you don't answer my questions, I won't have any choice but to take you to jail." * "If you don't answer these questions, you'll be charged with resisting arrest."

Have you ever not told the truth to a citizen/suspect, while on duty as a police officer? That's a loaded question. If a child asked me if Santa Clause was real and I said "yes", then I would have to answer that question "yes" and you'd use that against me. So I'm simply not going there. Let me ask you a question: If you had to lie to someone to avoid getting hurt, or potentionally hurting someone else, would you? Have you ever said one or more of the following? * "You will have to stay here and answer my questions" or "You're not leaving until I find out what I want." * "I have evidence on you. Tell me what I want to know or else." (They can fabricate ''fake'' evidence to convince you to tell them what they want to know.) * "You're not a suspect. Were simply investigating here. Just help us understand what happened and then you can go." * "If you don't answer my questions, I won't have any choice but to take you to jail." * "If you don't answer these questions, you'll be charged with resisting arrest." I've never led anyone to believe that them admitting something would mean they are free. I've never said anything like those statements above. I thought this website was about unveiling cops that were breaking the law. But I'm begining to believe you're just a bunch of people who are bitter because you were out-smarted by cops.

I thought this website was about unveiling cops that were breaking the law. But I'm beginning to believe you're just a bunch of people who are bitter because you were out-smarted by cops. It's not a loaded question, you just make it out to be. I'm not so sure kids come up to you all the time asking you if there is a Santa Clause, at least while your on duty? We're talking about when you are questioning citizens on traffic stops or a citizen as a suspect. Are you saying that you have never once in your career as a police officer used "lying" as a tool? The Supreme Court has given you and other police officers the O.K. to lie. Are you the only police officer that has never used that "tool" as part of your job? I've read hundreds of stories on police officers lying and most of them stick together. I've had my share of lying cops, five of them! I got lucky once and proved that five cops had stuck together and lied. You see I didn't get arrested or charged with something and have a vendetta out for cops. I was just a regular person brought into a situation, in which I should have never have been brought into. It was proved that those cops lied and I made them out to look like fools. By the way they did lie under oath. Yes I was the good guy and the cops, well they were looked upon as slime of the earth. Not much trust in the police department for a long time. There still trying to improve their image many years later and they still have a long way to go. Police officers are trained to treat every person as if they are a "suspect." So why shouldn't we treat every cop as if he's a bad cop or a liar? Nine out of ten times when a police officers is trying to start a conversation with a person, that person is considered a "suspect" in some way or form. Even if that person might be innocent or guilty of something, he still has a right under the constitution not to talk to the police officer or incriminate himself in anyway. I would like for once to see a cop walk away after trying to talk or question a person and that person refuses to say anything and the cop doesn't get pissed off or upset. Usually when I refuse to talk to a police officer they get upset, they accuse me of being "rude" and "uncooperative." Well boo fucking hoo! Cops don't like "not" having "control" of a person. I think it makes them feel inferior or at least just as equal as a regular person. Yes we try to show who the bad cops are and what little is usually done to them as punishment. Cops don't walk around with "good cop/bad cop badges on them. We the public can't tell who's the good cop or bad cop, can you? Just like you as a police officer can't tell a law abiding citizen from a criminal, yet you are trained to treat each person as a suspect of something. So for me or any other person to have the belief that a police officer is never to be trusted or that they lie, should not be held against us. It's our right to be cautious. "Bitter and out smarted by the cops," I don't believe so. I don't mad or upset I just get even! If your going to stick around this forum, you mind as well know my philosophy on police officers. NEVER TRUST THEM!

We're talking about when you are questioning citizens on traffic stops or a citizen as a suspect. Now we are getting somewhere! In that instance, no. I have never lied to a citizen on a traffic stop or talking to a citizen that is a suspect. Are you saying that you have never once in your career as a police officer used "lying" as a tool? You never answered my question. I wonder why. Okay. You caught 5 cops (so you say) in a lie. Good for you. I can promise you thought that not one of those cops were me. Not one. Sorry to make you look at the individual. If you were building a house and a nail, or even 5, proved faulty by bending, would you throw out the whole box of nails? If your going to stick around this forum, you mind as well know my philosophy on police officers. NEVER TRUST THEM! There's a big tenant of my religion: "Those who do not trust, cannot be trusted." I trust most everyone I meet, but I also expect the unexpected. No, not most cops are like that, but I am. Amazing what you learn when you look at the individual, isn't it?

Amazing what you learn when you look at the individual, isn't it? "One bad apple spoils the barrel" and I can't point you to several thousand bad apples. It's always better to keep your guard up when dealing with police officers.
