EVEN more interesting is watching GOP tough guy TOM "the hammer" DELAY conspire against his main nemesis Ronnie Earl at The Travis County D.A.'s office after Earl filed criminal charges against Delay's PAC.

Tom Delay's attorney is STEVE BRITTAIN who also represents MICHAEL KEITH MOORE (Defendant in Christina Moore Murder in Round Rock). Brittain has not filed a "motion for speedy trial" so MK Moore sits in jail for three years rather than go to trial in 180 days?!!!!!! How come GOP lawyer Steve Brittain, has not upheld his fiduciary duty to Michael Keith Moore by filing a motion for speedy trial requiring the D.A. to bring him to trial within 180 days?!

1) Delay and his staff, through their defence counsel (Brittain) have possession of a Texas State Bar Ethics Complaint naming Travis County D.A. Ronnie Earl. Brittain has confirmed over the telephone that "the police are involved" in the planning of the murder of GOP girl Christina Moore in Round Rock, Texas, on September 23rd, 2003.

2) This Texas Ethics complaint naming Earl alleges serious violations of The Texas Criminal Code like "obstruction of justice" and "conspiracy."

3) Allegedly, Earl helped Chief of Police Stan Knee "obstruct justice" when APD and Knee and Earl all held back "exculpatory evidence" of CHRIS OCHOA AND RICHARD DANZIGER'S INNOCENCE in the bogus APD investigation of the Nancy DePriest Murder at a Pizza Hut (APD Lt. Hector Polonca coerced the confessions of Ochoa in this case?!).

4) MARINO, from a prison cell, confessed to this crime and gave the exculpatory info to APD in 1996. Stan Knee and Earl waited until APD Lt. Hector Polonca's statute of limitations ran out...before they held their press conference to apologize with crocodile tears and to announce that "Unfortunetly, Polonca's statute of limitations ran out." Too bad Austin...huh?! Ochoa and Danziger spent an extra four years in jail so that Polonca did not go to jail?!

The murder of NANCY DEPRIEST looks like the same criminal signature that was present at The INfamous YOGURT SHOP MURDERS in Austin (Dec 6th, 1991). In the Yogurt Shop Murders investigation by APD, once again.....APD Lt. Hector Polonca coerced confessions of innocent men (Scott, Springsteen, Wellburn, and Peirce). Polonca coerces confessions in murder schemes that are used later to facilitate civil suit payouts involving corrupt Austin Attorneys (Roy Minton, Rusk, Archie Carl Pierce).

ARCHIE CARL PIERCE was called in by APD to investigate the mysterious murder of APD Commander SHAUNA JACOBSON and her husband who "were run off the road while driving their motorcycle." Jacobson took credit for solving The Yogurt Shop Murders in which two innocent men were framed to hide the "murder used to facilitate civil suit payouts" scheme.

5) Delay also has Earl obstructing justice in the bogus Travis County Grand Jury investigations of APD when patrol "choked an unarmed black man (ROGER WICKWARE) to death" back in 1998. Earl obstructed that investigation and no bill came down.

6) Earl also obstructed the TCGJ investigation into APD officer Glascow who gunned down Jesse Lee Owens. The bullet hole trajectories did not match Glascow or APD IAD's bogus story--"Glascow was caught in the door and had to defend himself."

7) Earl is also implicated in his failure to investigate Thomas S. Bean's Public Integrity Complaint alleging APD's "secret covert black bag group" tampered with a witness identifying MICHAEL D. MANNO as a sex criminal wanted in a string of gropings back in 1997.

THIS COMPLAINT IS ON FBI DIRECTOR ROBERT S. MUELLER'S DESK WHERE HIS OPR DIVISION HAS REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE BECAUSE IT IMPLICATES FORMER AUSTIN FBI AGENTS BYRON SAGE AND JOHN MASPERO!

Recently STAN KNEE gave Sage free money under the rubric of a security consulting contract that has not been audited or disclosed and was not made with an open blind bid process--that's a crime in Texas involving fraud especially when Sage did not perform work just like The ERCOT defendants who stole ERCOT money without working for it?!

14) The Christina Moore murder was contracted out through The Society of Former FBI agents (Byron Sage, Larry Browning) using Nathan Griffith(wearing a dewrag) and his pal Robert McNaughton (tall, thin, black haired man driving a red pickup truck)and "Phil the APD Narc" (bearded man in police sketch)......and Christina Moore is tied to California GOP (Pete Wilson, Arnold Schwarzeneger) who benefitted from California's energy deregulation...just like Bush and Cheney and Enron did in Texas....

15) One ERCOT defendant being prosecuted by JOHN BRADLEY in Williamson County is CARLOS LUQUIS (a former FBI agent) with ties to Austin's Society of Former FBI agents (Byron Sage, John Maspero, Larry Browning, etc).

16) Luquis and Uranga (an ERCOT defendant who cut a deal with Bradley) are also tied to real estate council members...also tied to Mike Sheffields PAC filled up by "the Austin Real Estate Council" who launder APD Narcotic's Divisions payoffs from The Mexican Mafia and Texas Syndicate (See, Mala Sangre Memo by Det. Austin, Texas, has alot of rich drug dealers and cops making money off of all the corruption by Austin FBI, APD, TCSAO, and The US Attorneys Office in Austin and San Antonio.

Having seen what few lawyers and insiders would be willing to talk about, I can inform the social activists in Austin that "they are too little, too late" while only "pissing in the wind" about civil liberties, government accountability, and human rights.

1) Austin attorney ERIC MOEBIUS was illegally harassed by Roy Q. Minton, Judge Jeanne Meurer, APD, and unnamed private security "black ops group members" only because MOEBIUS' information and suspicions was totally correct. Do a google on "Eric Moebius" to see what happens to a hero and material witness when "FBI PUNK Byron "the babyburner" SAGE and his butt buddy JOHN "pissing in the streets" MASPERO are given an FBI Badge.

3) The coconspirators to the Jacobsons murder, were part of the cop motorcycle group drinking and driving during a Poker Run. The murderers obviously had to be stalking the Jacobsons that day, and were at the bar where they contacted the "unnamed driver of the vehicle" that ran the Jacobson's off the road.

No faggot APD punk detective or friend of Shauna...bothered inspecting the motorcylce for evidence of a vehicle bumper bumping the cycle off of the road at high speed?! 4) This MURDER of Jacobson was done because Shauna was tracking down Eric Moebius' investigative leads that identified the man casing the Yogurt Shop from an apartment across the way. This guy has extensive criminal contacts and history, and..."this wasn't his first rodeo." This guy also was unemployed...but somehow came up with 40K line of credit one week after the murders of four teenage girls?!


When APD heard about Moebius from Minton...Moebius was falsely arrested, warrants were signed, bogus state bar ethics complaints, etc. Moebius was lucky to escape with his life--just like me, when I ran from Austin FBI and APD's black ops squad on March 3rd, 2001. The same "FBI--APD Black Ops Squad" got the contract to "Murder CHRISTINA MOORE" IN ROUND ROCK, TEXAS ON SEPTEMBER 23RD, 2003.

One day after I posted the investigative lead on the internet, Round Rock PD announced a major break in the case--in November 2003, Michael Keith Moore (the patsy) was indicted by a grand jury.

5) Shauna was getting close to the truth--APD and Lt. HECTOR POLONCA, Roy Minton, and others had all conspired to "use murders to facilitate civil suit payouts" numerous times. Minton has profited handsomely from FM Properties' wrongful death claims in which "workers die on site" and FM had "hidden expanded umbrella coverage" to maximize the insurance payout. Right now....Robert S. Mueller and Johhny Sutton are "laughing all the way to the bank" as they get "paid off to look the other way" while waiving the flag."

6) Three other Texas attorneys joined Moebius' efforts to expose this criminality, and met the same treatment as Eric--"they were summarily arrested on bogus charges, hassled by Judges, and targets of bogus State Bar of Texas ethics complaints. THAT MORE THAN ANYTHING OUGHT TO BE ENOUGH "REASONABLE SUSPICION" FOR THE SHAMELESS, GUTLESS, CORRUPT, LAZY, WORTHLESS AUSTIN FBI CRIME FAMILY TO OPEN A PRELIMINARY INQUIRY....BUT THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED.

7) ARCHIE CARL PIERCE used to work for Austin DOJ and The Western District of Texas US Attorney's Office. PIERCE WAS DEPLOYED BY HIS PAL STAN KNEE TO COVER UP APD'S MURDER OF SHAUNA AND HER HUSBAND.

8) PIERCE also facilitated the $12, 000, 000 civil suit payout arising out of the deaths of four teenage girls at the Yogurt Shop?! So Stan Knee's conspiracy...hired a coconspirator to cover up the murder of Jacobson to make it all go away?! This occurred under Brown and Sutton's (US DOJ) watch at the US Attorneys Office.

9) NO INSURANCE COMPANY OR CORPORATION pays out $12,000,000 when an intentional act results in an allegation of civil liability. MURDER AND ARSON are both intentional acts and are not covered by any insurance policy.

10) POLONCA also coerced the false confessions of two patsies in the notorious NANCY DEPRIEST MURDER at a Pizza Hut restaurant. The same cast of characters used this murder to once again profit through a civil suit settlement.

11) JEANETTE POPP (mother of Nancy DePriest) of Azle, Texas, recently suffered a heart attack and was taken to a Dallas hospital. No one knows if this witness was the target of an attempted murder using 100% Nicotene or other substance to induce a heart attack...or whether POPP suffered a heart attack after being contacted by an FBI agent?!

I wrote a letter to Sutton's assistant little robot clown, DURBIN, at The Western District of Texas, telling him to "analyze the DePriest Murder" as part of "Polonca's history of obstruction justice" in murder conspiracies used to facilitate civil suit payouts. Somehow, Austin FBI got the info...despite the fact I never sent the letter to Durbin the Dork?!!!!!

12) One has to wonder if JOSEP ACHIM MARINO (the murderer who confessed to killing DePriest) was also involved in The Yogurt Shop Murders?! Austin FBI would have to compare crime signatures and "bargain with Marino" for reduced jail time in exchange for his testimony or information leading to other coconspirators.

13) From prison MARINO actually implicated himself to set Ochoa and Danziger free...and provided APD with incontrovertible demonstrative evidence of his DePriest murder. WHAT DID APD, STAN KNEE, AND RONNIE EARL DO WITH THIS EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE?!

14) Stan Knee, APD, and Earl all "ignored their ethical duties" while waiting for LT. HECTOR POLONCA's Texas statute of limitations to run out on Polonca's obstruction of justice liability. Now GOP Congressman TOM DELAY has my State Bar of Texas Ethics Complaint naming RONNIE "the cheeseater" EARL...so...uh...Delay can make EARL drop those criminal charges by threatening Earl with criminal prosecution after a State Bar of Texas Prosecution. Earlier this month, a few weeks before trial, the city of Austin and APD Detective Jeff White reached an agreement that ends nearly three and a half years of legal wrangling over a whistle-blower lawsuit filed in connection with the decade-old undercover narcotic trafficking investigation code-named Mala Sangre (Bad Blood). The terms of the settlement are confidential. So, as has happened before, the case is settled without the attention and sunshine that an open-court trial would bring to some of the APD's darkest corners – no doubt a relief to APD administration and city officials.

Nonetheless, questions continue to hang over the APD's Fifth Floor and City Hall – and will, so long as the city refuses to concede that there was ever even a nugget of truth to any of the disturbing allegations of official corruption and criminal conduct leveled against those within APD's highest ranks.

White filed suit in May 2002, charging that former APD Assistant Chief Jimmy Chapman had him transferred from a plum assignment in organized crime and narcotics and then blocked his assignment to a joint FBI task force, both actions in presumed retaliation for White's alleging that Chapman may have interfered with the Mala Sangre investigation. White's was the third such whistle-blower lawsuit filed over the undercover operation by APD officers who, in the course of investigating a drug-trafficking organization, amassed allegations against a handful of their fellow officers, including Chapman. The allegations against various officers included drug use, aiding the traffickers, and attempting to thwart the entire operation. In a 1997 suit, officers Stan Farris, Dennis Clark, and David Gann alleged they were transferred (and replaced solely by White) by APD brass in an effort to shut down the Mala Sangre probe before it could address the allegations of criminal acts by fellow officers.

Chapman resigned from the department in 2003, after an "inconclusive" finding by an independent investigator of allegations that he lied under oath during a deposition taken in connection with White's suit. Chapman has vociferously denied the Mala Sangre-related allegations – a chorus joined by Chief Stan Knee and other officials, who have repeatedly told the Chronicle that the Mala Sangre charges were thoroughly investigated and are nothing more than inflammatory "rumors." (In 2002, City Manager Toby Futrell told us that pursuing Mala Sangre was like "chasing ghosts.")

While the city's official ghostbusters were dodging shadows, its attorneys' preparations for White's lawsuit appeared only to undermine the city's legal position. In deposition after deposition, witnesses called by the city contradicted one another in damaging ways. For example, Chapman said he was "shocked" by White's claim of retaliation, in part because he had no idea that White would be transferred; Detective Howard Staha subsequently testified that it was Chapman who'd told him about White's reassignment.

Even more disturbing were the revelations of witnesses Gary Fleming and Rick ****man, former Internal Affairs detectives responsible for investigating the myriad Mala Sangre-related police corruption charges. In 2002, Fleming – who had spent 18 years of his 31-year APD career in IA before retiring in 2001 – testified that the lengthy list of Mala Sangre allegations was never fully investigated because APD brass had ordered the detectives to abandon their inquiry. IA was "not pulling the strings and controlling the investigation," he testified in September 2003.

And it wasn't just in the Mala Sangre case that the detectives was thwarted, Fleming said. Near the close of his career, Fleming said that all officer-related allegations were first sent to APD brass before IA was allowed to initiate any inquiry. The allegation "went to the assistant chief, Mike McDonald [now an assistant city manager], who made the decision whether it should go to the Officer-Involved unit, or anywhere else," he testified. "Some of the people in [IA] complained to Chief Knee [about the intrusion], and he did nothing about it. He allowed it to continue." That revelation – confirmed by other former investigators – directly contradicts Knee's long-standing mantra that the Mala Sangre accusations were deemed without merit after a complete internal inquiry. "We have investigated," Knee insisted during a 2001 interview with the Chronicle. "When information rose to the level that would allow us to open an investigation, we have investigated."

As it stands, White's legal engagement with the matter has come to an end. But while he's clearly done his part – indeed, White pushed the corruption-allegation envelope further than any of his colleagues – the questions linger: Is Mala Sangre a myth? Is it history? Have the APD and the city banished the bad apples and evolved beyond the institutional denials embodied by the handling of serious allegations of misconduct – and official suppression – suggested by the Mala Sangre accusations?

The official line is, well, predictably official: "The accusations and implications being made by [White] and his attorney, we don't believe were accurate," said Assistant City Manager Rudy Garza, "and not at all factually based."

To Austin Police Association President Mike Sheffield, these matters remain unresolved, and have even touched Sheffield directly. In 2002, shortly after Sheffield called for a thorough investigation into the Mala Sangre operation, Knee transferred him away from full-time union duty and into a part-time assignment with APD's Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit, citing manpower shortages. Yet Cathy Ellison, now an assistant chief, told Knee that if manpower was the concern, she knew of at least one recently promoted detective still awaiting an assignment. And then there's Sgt. Neil Neyens, whose 2003 complaint of an allegedly retaliatory action by Chapman over a separate incident has apparently never been addressed.

"I think that for Jeff White and his family, [the settlement] brings closure," Sheffield said. "But the settling of this case does not close, or answer, the questions that still hang over this department … [and that are] still staring the department in the face: What happened?" he continued. "I guess we'll never know; and that's unfortunate."

WASHINGTON -- FBI agents often violate rules for handling confidential informants that were revised after FBI abuses in the 1990s, the Justice Department's internal watchdog said. A review of 120 confidential informant files from FBI offices across the country found violations in 104 cases, or 87 percent, Inspector General Glenn A. Fine said. The report said agents failed to assess informants' suitability or get permission for informants to engage in activity that otherwise would be illegal.
