During the early years of the drug war, indeed the same year that S/A Enrique "Kiki" Camarena was savagely and mercilessly tortured to death in Mexico, while Bush habitually used cocaine and marijuana that was transported through Mexico.
Despite many requests during the 2000 presidential campaign that Bush be honest about his alleged illegal narcotic abuse, this person refused to admit his guilt. Instead, Bush attempted to blame his accusers of engaging in "politics of personal destruction... a game I refuse to play." This person's entire life has been a "game". It was not until after the 2004 election that telephone recordings were made public, where in his own words he admitted to abusing illegal narcotics.
Not only has President Bush willfully violated our Nation's drug laws, he is the first president in American history to invade another country without provocation. His decision to invade Iraq has cost the lives of hundreds of Americans and thousands of Iraqis. President Bush has visited one or more of every federal agency office under the Executive Branch with the exception for DEA. As of this date he has never set foot in a single DEA facility because he knows that his purchase and willful use of illegal drugs helped to create and sustain the drug cartels fighting DEA today.
Despite the continued increase in illegal drug use in America, this person has either cut DEA's budget or refused necessary budget increases. This person has appointed two incompetent DEA Administrators who are totally unqualified. He made these appointments solely for the purpose of preventing DEA from fulfilling our mission to the best of our ability. Because of his round-the-clock Secret Service protection we do not know if this person continues to abuse illegal drugs, possibly conveyed to him by one or more family members with known illegal drug histories.
This is the first president in United States history who was convicted of a crime prior to taking office.
