September 26, 2006 - HARTFORD, Conn. -- Hartford Police Chief Daryl K. Roberts Monday confirmed the arrest of Hartford police Officer Miguel Colon on charges of breach of peace in the second degree and interfering with police. The charges are in connection with a domestic incident that occurred at his Hartford home on Sunday, Sept. 24. Colon was taken into custody by supervisors of the Department's Internal Affairs Division, booked at Hartford Police Headquarters, and released on a written promise to appear. Colon, a three-year veteran of the Hartford Police Department assigned to the Patrol Division, is currently on workers' compensation as a result of a previous work-related injury. www.nbc30.com/news/9928622/detail.html
