Anthony A. Rypka Jr., 38, of Tarrytown was arraigned in Greenburgh Town Court and bail set at $15,000. He faces a maximum of seven years in state prison if convicted. America Online (AOL) the internet service provider, during routine electronic scanning of email attachments, detected the coding for a known child pornographic image registered with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. After identifying the email account associated with the attachment, AOL then notified the New York State Police and Investigators from the Westchester County District Attorneys office. A search warrant was executed at Rypka's home and two computers and a thumb drive were confiscated. :-Xaol....are we in the usa? If AOL, and other ISP providers, are going to scan our e-mail and INTERNET searches for phrases like "Fuck the police", and then turn us over to Big Brother, our country is truly in big trouble. We the people are losing our constitutional rights. How does our fourth amendment right against illegal search apply here? I am not for child porn, I am against big Government. This is totally a breach of privacy
