Texas law enforcement is barbaric -
I was accused of a state jail felony of resisting motor vehicle which carries a two year max.
I was never notified of a court date after bonding out by the court or my bail bondsman (who is no longer in business)
When they placed the warrant on me it was NO BOND.
I interviewed about 4 lawyers before hiring one to defend the charges while in Montgomery County Jail. I got so many attorney visits that the other inmates in the pod (26 in a 16 man cell) thought I was a snitch.
I explained this on three occasions through grievances and my lawyer informed them I was at risk as well.
I was jerked off a top bunk while asleep and the injuries I received were as follows:
A complete right hip replacement (prosthetic)
Wrist broken in 7 places
Pulmonary Embolism (due to them chaining my leg to a hospital bed and therefore developing a blood clot that traveled to my lung - which if left untreated could have resulted in death!)
After I was released from the hospital they carted me to the courthouse and released me from custody and prior to a "special session of court" to drop the charges to a misdemeanor and give me credit for time served.
During the discovery process of my lawyers defense they could not produce the video of the alleged car chase (probably due to the fact they beat my ass). Then part of the plea deal was that they could destroy the evidence in the case - pretty sweet deal huh? I was under the influence of MORPHINE when I signed all the papers - go figure.
The entire case was a circus....
But they say he who laughs last laughs the loudest and I will see these people in Federal Court on a civil rights 1983 case very soon, as well as going after all the officers on duty personal assetts.... I may have a home for sale in Conroe Texas very soon that use to belong to the Sheriff of Montgomery County Texas.
He also has a nice boat and other things that will look great with them in my possesion....
BEWARE OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY TEXAS AND THE CONROE TEXAS POLICE!!!!
