03/14/2006 - Neighbors and activists staged an angry protest at a police station in Philadelphia's Mantua neighborhood.
The demonstrators demanded answers about last week's deadly shooting at a Montgomery County train station.
Kevin Shields, 23, was killed by an off-duty Philadelphia police officer after a traffic accident in Upper Moreland Township.
His grieving mother wants the 16th district officer charged with murder.
Officer Barry Sudler said Shields threatened to kill him.
Sudler has told investigators he thought Shields was reaching for a gun.
The officer remains on desk duty pending the outcome of the investigation.

Officer Barry Sudler said Shields threatened to kill him. With the average I.Q. of a police officer being "105," it's amazing we let these thugs even think on their own! Then again if most cops had a higher I.Q., they wouldn't be a cop I'm sure.
