August 04, 2006 - Round Rock police arrested two law enforcement officers from different agencies after incidents that occurred on Wednesday and Friday. Officer Sean B. Fullerton, 35, a Round Rock resident employed by the Rogers Police Department, was arrested Wednesday evening after Fullerton's wife called 911 at 5:30 p.m. to report a disturbance at their residence at 2310 Windrift. Officer Fullerton left the scene prior to officers' arrival but came to the Round Rock Police Department where he was taken into custody. An arrest affidavit detailed an argument between Fullerton and his wife of five days wherein Fullerton is alleged to have struck his wife several times on the arm and shoulder with his fist and pinned her on the floor, causing visible minor injuries. Fullerton was charged with assault causing bodily injury, a misdemeanor carrying penalties of up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine. www.kxan.com/Global/story.asp?S=5241310&nav=0s3d
