FEBRUARY 6, 2006 -- A Southport police officer has turned himself in for domestic charges filed against him.
Corporal Robert Willis was arrested Saturday. The 37-year-old has been dismissed from his current position. He served as a routine officer at the Southport Police Department for five years.
