04/03/2006 - SLED agents arrested a former Camden police officer Friday and charged him with fondling a 10-year-old girl.
Rhett Linley Kelly Jr., 32, of 8720 Windsor Lake Blvd., Apt. 103 in Columbia, was charged with three counts of sex/lewd act, committing or attempting a lewd act upon a child younger than 16.
Kelly is accused of fondling the child in Blythewood, starting on the child’s 9th birthday and continuing through March 19 of this year, according to an arrest warrant.
