As far as reading your rights they didn't need to, you had already answered all their questions before they arrested you. This is why it's wise never to answer any questions a police officer may ask you, even when your "not under arrest."
As far as the cops searching you and pulling things out of your pocket and not reading your rights, that is pretty much irrelevant to your case at this point.
From reading your story the only thing I can see, is that the officers are going to have to prove that the bag was yours. Now if the bag was found near the slide that you were on, then I would think a jury might believe the cops over you. If the bag was found 20 yards from you in a "public park," then it might be hard for the police to prove it was yours.
Who was this caller? If that person called in on "911," then you or your attorney should be able to get the "911" records and find out who "snitched" on you. You or your attorney can request this information during "discovery." Now this so called "snitch" might could help your case out, if you weren't the one they saw smoking pot. All you have to do is subpoena them and have them testify in court.
Get an attorney, if you can't afford one you should have already requested one. Don't sign that right away, in fact never sign anything from a judge, prosecutor or a cop without your lawyer looking at it.
