09.01.2006 - COHASSET Five men were arrested early Thursday morning for throwing rocks at the home of a judge in Milton. Police say the group also smashed a window on a street in Cohasset where two police officers live. Cohasset Police received a 911 call around 2:15 a.m. from a resident who said their window was broken. The officers on scene pulled over a suspicious car in the area. They found five men inside along with a loaded gun. The men were identified as Derrick Allen Jr., 20, Miguel Diaz, 18, Jose Diaz Jr., 18, and Jeffrey Cirino, 23, all of Dorchester, and Edivict Pimental, 19, of Jamaica Plain. Investigators say the men smashed a window at the Milton home of a Suffolk County judge shortly before 1 a.m. Deputy Milton Police Chief Paul Nolan told the Patriot Ledger, one of the men had a list of names related to court matters. ''They seem to have been targeting court personnel and police officers,'' Nolan said. The Ledger reports a retired Quincy police detective and Boston police superintendent live in the Cohasset neighborhood where the second act of vandalism occured. cbs4boston.com/local/local_story_243155056.html
