CHICOPEE, Mass. A former Holyoke police sergeant is ordered held without bail at her arraignment on charges of shooting her estranged wife's boyfriend on New Year's Eve. Tammy Donoghue-Walker was ordered held pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for tomorrow. The judge also granted a permanent restraining order sought by Walker's wife, Kathleen Donoghue-Walker. The shooting occurred at the Chicopee home where where Donoghue moved in November after the couple separated. Kathleen Donoghue-Walker said in court documents that Tammy Donoghue-Walker came into the house and threatened to kill both of them. The victim was identified as 42-year-old Rochester Johnson.
