According to Acadia Parish Sheriff Wayne Melancon, a reserve deputy with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office has been arrested by narcotics agents with Louisiana State Police for allegedly purchasing oxycodone. Deputy Anthony “Tony” Clark was arrested around noon Friday in St. Martin Parish, Melancon said in a news release. Clark was a member of the reserve unit for approximately one year and was a volunteer with his department.
