Feb 02, 2007 Gary Lacy An Eastern Kentucky police officer is suspended, after he's accused of sexually assaulting three women while on duty. The assaults allegedly took place early Thursday morning, after Martin County officer Jeremy Shepherd responded to a noise complaint at the home of one alleged victim. Police say on one visit Shepherd went alone. He allegedly told all the men to leave the apartment and proceeded to sexually assault the three women inside. Shepherd is denying any misconduct.
