A Greensville County deputy is in a mental health facility after what authorities describe as a misunderstanding in a courtroom. According to investigators, authorities went to the courtroom to talk to Deputy Christoper Robinson about odd comments he had made. They say Robinson misunderstood the increased police presence, and refused to allow anyone to leave the courtroom for their own safety. The sheriff says Robinson never drew his gun or held anyone hostage and the problem was resolved within minutes. One man who saw the deputy taken away in handcuffs was shocked. Randall Capps says, "He's always been a nice guy, kind of laid back, I've never heard a bad word about him." The Greensville sheriff says Robinson has been relieved of duty and is facing an evaluation but, has not been charged. www.wric.com/Global/story.asp?S=6124941
