Can anyone help me with this? I have the ex-wife from Hell.. I know you are saying yours is worse but believe me this is real bad. She has ignored every single court order and she refuses to cooperate with me in informing me of my children's medical and school event grades etc.. Even though I have a 13 y/o who had stage 3 metastatic melanoma at 8 years old (I told her there was something suspicious on his scalp, she told me she would take him too a family friend who is a dermatologist it took her three months to get him in) Also another son broke his neck while I was out of town deer hunting and it took her two days too get him to the hospital. Now here is the problem!! Every time I go too court I lose they raise my support and make my life miserable. The court has allowed my ex to ignore court ordered counseling, parenting classes she will not meet me half way as ordered etc... I could go on and on!! Then when my oldest son got arrested for behavior becoming of the Parental Alienation Syndrome he has endured for 11 years that was ignored by the F.O.C. I wrote a letter to the F.O.C explaining that they are not in this for the children they are in this for the court, money,Dr's,lawyers, therapists etc... of course this went against the grain. "There is litigation so part of this I cannot discuss as of yet".. But this part I can.. I was told by the F.O.C that every three years I can get a free child support review. I sent the letter I was instructed to do and four months later my review was done. Because I make what I make, she makes what she makes and we have split custody. They recommended to lower my support $100 per week. They did not go back retroactive to the date I requested the review (this would have got me real close to being out of arrears from being unemployed.(not that I did not pay I was unemployed) Then instead of lowering my support and giving me time to get the arrears taken care of they actually raised my weekly support to $168 per week. Is this legal? I would like to start an organization in my area to help other fathers who are being treated unfairly. Anyone have any answers for me?
