January 6, 2007 A Hardin County sheriff's deputy has been indicted on charges of burglary and stealing property, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Tenithia Malena was indicted by the Hardin County grand jury Tuesday on charges of burglary and theft of property over $10,000, said John Mehr, special agent in charge with the TBI's Jackson office. Mehr said that the 26th Judicial District Attorney's Office asked the TBI to look into allegations against Malena.
