11.11.2006 - A Camden (N.J.) police officer was arrested and charged with playing a role in a number of robberies, State police officials said today. Officer Michael Hearne was charged Friday night with official misconduct, conspiracy to commit robbery, money laundering and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, police said. Hearne, 42, of Woodbury, is an 18-year veteran of the force. He had been loaning a gun to an alleged co-conspirator to use in robberies of drug dealers, police said. The alleged co-conspirator told state police about the arrangement. That person is now in the state police witness protection program. One robbery netted about $30,000, police said. Three such robberies are under investigation, police said. Hearne was in uniform when he was arrested at the Super 8 Motel in Bellmawr. Police said he was planning to meet with his co-conspirator to count cash. The two men worked together to rob specific drug dealers, police said. After a robbery, the man would return the gun and money to Hearne. Hearne would then launder the money, returning some of it to his partner in large denominations, police said. Hearne was taken to Mercer County Jail and is being held on $2 million bail. www.delawareonline.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20061111/NEWS/61111024

I live in Camden,New Jersey and have had contact with this idiot.
He's got severe problems and those brothers in 'the joint' will take good care of him.
Also,he is now free on 150,000.00 cash bail.He most likely accumulated this money from his criminal endeavors.
