01.09.2007 - A police officer is out on bail, after Breaux Bridge police say he was arrested for allegedly beating his former girlfriend, who is a member of the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office.
Officials with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office say Deputy Kendall Alexander bonded out of jail Monday.
Deputies say Alexander, who is a Breaux Bridge police officer, was booked Sunday night on a simple battery charge.
