01.22.2007 - LAS VEGAS, N.M. -- A Las Vegas police officer is on administrative leave after being charged with aggravated drunken driving. Las Vegas interim Police Chief William Cruz said Officer Scott Sena was placed on leave pending an internal investigation. State police said Sena was off duty Thursday morning when he was pulled over for failing to use his turn signal. That's when a New Mexico State Police officer reported smelling alcohol on Sena's breath. State police said Sena had a blood alcohol content of 0.17, almost twice the state's legal limit for intoxication. Sena's passenger was cited for having an open container. www.krqe.com/expanded.asp?RECORD_KEY%5BNews%5D=ID&ID%5BNews%5D=19366
