01.03.2007 - ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. -- An Allegheny County police officer was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving on New Year's Eve. Officer Toby Yuhouse was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving and police said that's when things quickly got out of hand. Yuhouse was stopped in the 4300 block of Walnut Avenue at 3 a.m. on Monday. According to the criminal complaint, Yuhouse refused a field sobriety test and, after verbal abuse by Yuhose, he was placed under arrest. Inside the patrol car, Yuhouse was yelling and banging his head on the partition, according to police. County Police Superintendent Charlie Moffatt said Yuhouse is still on the job pending a report from internal affairs and that he faces a reprimand all the way up to discharge if he's convicted. www.wpxi.com/news/10654963/detail.html
