November 29, 2006 OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) - A former detective was bound over for trial today on four felony charges dealing with misconduct that dated back to his time with the Neenah Police Department. Winnebago County Circuit Court Judge Dale English found probable cause on four of the five felony counts facing Daniel Dringoli. One count of misconduct in office was dismissed. A total of 15 witnesses testified at today's preliminary hearing, including several current and former members of the police department. Dringoli now faces three counts of misconduct in office and one count of prematurely disclosing a search warrant. Prosecutors allege that Dringoli tipped off one of his informants about a search warrant issued for the informant's brother, lied to superiors and disobeyed orders. www.wluk.com/common/article.shtml?article_id=1164856704029904
